By subscribing to any of the bu-Backup products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions detailed below. All Terms of this Agreement are applicable to you or to any entity that you represent. This agreement will be made between bu-Backup and the subscriber.

All content that appears or is displayed on the website, including, among others, texts, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software is the property of bu-Backup, its licensors or its content sources.

All materials available as part of our bu-Backup collection are works protected by copyright from bu-Backup exclusively and are protected by all applicable intellectual property laws and databases.

This license is not a sale of the original bu-Backup materials or any copies.

bu-Backup does not grant rights or warranties with respect to the use of names, trademarks, registered or copyrighted designs, registered or copyrighted images, elements or works of art represented or contained in any image of any Product. By accessing any bu-Backup Product you are affirming your statement that you have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions listed in this Agreement.

The licenses for any of its products are exclusive between bu-Backup and the subscriber, and are non-transferable. The resale of licenses for any of its products is totally prohibited.

At no time may you provide access to your account to any other party or individual. Memberships and products available for individual sale are sold as a one-person license and are non-transferable.

bu-Backup will make every effort to ensure that its Products are fully executed on as many platforms and versions as possible. However, bu-Backup does not offer any warranty, express or implied, that the Products will be executed with old or recently updated versions of the platform where it is executed or software required for its operation.

You understand that the Products are copyrighted and owned by bu-Backup. Any unauthorized use of any of these Products by You may be a violation of such copyright.

All products downloaded from bu-Backup are authorized by bu-Backup for you to use. The downloading of any of these Products does not transfer any ownership of these Products to you.

Once you have downloaded or installed a bu-Backup product, we can not offer you a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer intangible digital products, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. As such, all license rights, all renewals, automatic or otherwise are non-refundable. Your payment for a product indicates that you accept this provision.

bu-Backup, its employees, directors and officers and any other associated person makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, including, among others, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

bu-Backup, its employees, directors and officers and any other associated person does not guarantee or is responsible for the uninterrupted use of its Products, that are free of errors, omissions, defects, free of computer viruses or cause any personal, material or economic.

You expressly agree that the use of any of the Products distributed by bu-Backup is solely at your own risk.

Any violation of the above provisions of the Terms of Use / License Agreement for the end user will be considered a violation of your service contract, which will result in immediate suspension of your account and all licenses purchased will be voided.
